Maple Latte Protein Bites!

MAPLE LATTE PROTEIN BITES RECIPE

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped hazelnuts (you can use a different nut if preferred!
  • 2/3 cup almond meal
  • 2 tbsp ground coffee
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup LSF Vanilla Plant Protein
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup almond or cashew butter (no stir works best)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup.
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Process the hazelnuts through a high power blender for ideal consistency, or chop until fine. Pour into a large bowl. Add almond meal, coffee, an vanilla protein powder – mix. Stir in nut butter and vanilla until combined. As the very last step, pour in the maple syrup. Mix until thick and combined – it’s easiest to use your hands.
  2. Roll the mixture into balls, and place on wax or parchment paper. Place in fridge overnight to set. These protein bites are a perfect *caffeinated* boost in the AM, and guiltless dessert at night. Such a cozy addition to those crisp fall days!
