Peanut Butter Chocolate Eggs Recipe

Spring is here and with Easter right around the corner I thought this would be the perfect time to share my protein packed Peanut Butter Chocolate Eggs!

They're low sugar, low carb and each delicious egg has about 5.5grams of protein thanks to our LSF Peanut Butter Protein Powder!

This recipe only takes about 5 minutes and I promise, you won't miss the sugar-filled store-bought ones after you try these!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine peanut butter, LSF Peanut Butter Protein and maple syrup together in a bowl and mix until well combined
  2. Line a baking sheet or plate with parchment paper.
  3. Use a tablespoon to scoop each serving and shape into an egg on the parchment paper
  4. In a small bowl combined the coconut oil and chocolate chips and place them in the microwave for 30 second increments, stirring in between until well melted
  5. Dip the peanut butter eggs or drizzle the chocolate and place back on the parchment paper.
  6. Place them in the freezer for at least 20 minutes or until chocolate hardens.
  7. Store them in the fridge to enjoy anytime or the freezer to enjoy once softened (approx 15mins)

And enjoy!
